Rights Obligations

Input / Output:
-These exits are made until 12:00 and entries start from 14:00.

Early Access:
- Please inform your request of early check-in at the reception or booking. We will do our best to find you ready apartments. There is no guarantee of apartment ready for early check-in. This depends on the vacancy of the apartments and the cleaning program of housekeeping.
-Please confirm your request if you want to check-in early. The apartment is not sold the night before to guarantee early entry. For this reason, a guaranteed early entry is added to your account.

Early Exit:
- If you need to leave early on your schedule, please inform the reception by 12:00 until the day of your departure. As a result of your early departure, 50% of the remaining days will be added to your account. In case of early departure, the full rate is added to your account after 12:00.

Late Checkout:
- Output requests may be accepted depending on the availability of apartments. If your request for late check out is accepted, your apartment or a different apartment will be closed from 12:00 until 12:00 until the next day and a one-day apartment rate is applied.

Policy for under 18 years:
Each apartment must be at least 18 years of age or older. Children under the age of 18 can stay with their parents. Please remember to bring your IDs with you.

ID:
Guests are required to present their passport or ID card upon check-in.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of the reservation is 168 hours / 7 days in advance. For cancellations made after 168 hours and later, a one-day stay fee is charged.

Cigaret:
Smoking is not allowed in closed areas of the facility due to local laws.

Cleaning:
The apartments have hygiene products. In addition, cleaning is done on the request of the person, not more than once a week.

Guest:
There is no additional charge for your guests. In addition to your guests coming to your apartment, you must bring their identity and the identity of the Police Department.

Extra Bed:
1 extra bed is available free of charge in each apartment.

Waiting List:
We can list your request on the waiting list for a full date and give priority to your request if space is available. Please contact our reservation office.

Payment:
Our currency is Turkish Lira. American Dollars and Euros are accepted. Our facility, T.C. The Central Bank infects foreign currency through the daily exchange buying rate. There is no additional charge for currency exchange. Please note that apartment rates apply to the property on the day of arrival. There may be fluctuations in exchange rates. Credit card companies and banks may charge additional currency conversion fees beyond the facility's control and may reflect this in the amount of your credit card's collection. Teis accepts no responsibility for this matter.
